Any info on augmentation with reboxetine?

I wonder if anyone has any experience in adding reboxetine to an SSRI? If so, should the dosage of the SSRI (Zoloft in my case) be lowered before adding the reboxetine (in case reboxetine would increase the blood concentration of Zoloft) and how much reboxetine should I start at? My doctor doesn't have any experience in this but she told me to try 4 mgs per day initially. Is this a good strategy?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated
