What to do...diag is mild bipolar; been on combo of Wellbutrin, Depakote, and Xanax for over a year and a half, have been doing relatively well but recently (well, over the winter and still continuing) feel like I'm gradually falling apart again. I can't concentrate on work, don't know if it's a chemical issue or a 'don't like my work' issue (and if so then why wasn't this an issue before?) and I have been crying way too much and having trouble sleeping. Last time I saw my p-doc, she increased the Depakote dose (and the Xanax as needed), which seemed to help, but then I was having trouble waking up in the morning and was falling asleep driving to work so I went back down to 1 Depakote. Is this how medication 'poop out' happens? I can't take any SSRIs(they make me feel crazy), don't want to take Lithium (too many side effects)...I'm also wondering if I have ADD since I can't concentrate for the life of me.
I'd welcome any suggestions for meds, diagnosis, life...
