I too would like to know about people succeeding in loosing weight after a significant (or perhaps substantial -- I gained about 30 lbs!) gain that might be because of ADs.
Some inspiration would be great! I'm also interested however, in knowing about problems in taking it off....I can't quite see why the weight would be hard to get off once a) you discontinue the drug AND b) you make an effort to loose it (fewer calories or fat and more exercise.) Assuming the drug caused a weight gain in spite of no changes in one's caloric intake and exercise level, you'd think it would come off more easily than it would from poor nutrition and exercise habits. It sounds like some people are having a harder rather than an easier time with the weight loss. That's scary, at least to me.
