Avoet,I really agree with you that you can talk yourself out of things. It works with everything but this. I always thought that because I was so jealous it made me have anxiety when actully, the anxiety may be causing the jealousy. What have you been doing to make this go away? In previous relationships I have just left the guy when I started to have the obsessive jealous feelings to avoid them altogether, I want to work through it this time. Any advice is welcome. My fiance is totally worling with me. He is going to go out for a couple of hours and call me and if I start to have bad feelings I am going to call him just to talk to him for a minute. I read about OCD being cured by just doing/not doing whatever the person is having issues with. I don't have a psychiatrist, but that is also an option.
