Mannetje - I am sorry, this is a hospital pharmacist question. I am not sure what to do in an instance like this. I never see the results of these tests and would not know what to do. From what I have looked up, this level is not too high (ie. causing liver damage), but it may be best to ask your G.P. what to do. Both Risperdal and Seroquel can cause increases in liver enzymes, but the increases are normally transient (ie will go away with time).

Still, I would ask the G.P. what plan of action he/she would take. I wouldn't stop either drug "cold turkey" as you can get rebound psychoses.

Sorry that I cannot help with this, but I have no experience with this, at all. Perhaps as Sunnely about this. - Cam
