I wonder, does the nortriptyline help you at all? If not, I would consider trying a newer medication.

I think you're still being knocked out by the nortriptyline, rather than being made tired by Wellbutrin. Now 300 mg of Wellbutrin will wake you up significantly. But, on the other hand, maybe you might like a tiny bit of sedation so you aren't jumpy and can think clearly.

I suppose that if you really have to keep the nortriptyline and are not awakened by buproprion, perhaps you could add methylphenidate, dextroamphetamine, pemoline, or the newest modafinil.
