No problem easing up to 400mgs of daytime lamictal while on nighttime remeron and paxil and night and day clonipin.With each dose increase I felt energetic for about 4 days, then pooped out.Hoped to finally get to therapeutic level of lamictal.
I just worked way up slowly to nighttime topamax 75 mgs.Sleep not as good as with tegretol, but OK most of time(5-6 hrs).Main problem is lethargic during the day.
Would cutting back on lamictal or remeron (30mgs) help? I've tried most all the other stablizers and ad's. Does topamax potentiate any ad's or benzos?
