Paxil would make the sexual side-effects come back. Look into Effexor + buspirone or Effexor + mirtazapine to get rid of the sexual side-effects. Mirtazapine did the trick for me; in fact, it even caused _premature_ ejaculation--something unheard of with Effexor or Paxil!
