Hi Katrina,

Adding Lamictal to Zoloft and Zyprexa may be helpful. I take risperidone (similar to Zyprexa), Zoloft, and Lamictal. Among these three, I started Lamictal first, and it greatly helped with mood swings and anxiety, and a little with general depression. So, if your mood swings could use more help, I think Lamictal would be worth a try.
