I had bad morning headaches for a while with Prozac, but they went away. I am prone to migraines. I would ask the doc what the difference is between Serafem and Prozac. There may be some little thing different, or it's just your system adapting; do you take it every day or certain eays of the month? I had morning headaches on Zoloft too for a while. My migraine med [Maxalt] took care of the headaches. Good luck.
