No bromocriptine is not a good substititute.
But it is important for me to know just what happened with the Mirapex- for two reasons- 1) so we might figure out what med might work for you and (2) this is a new med and I'm trying to keep track of all the feedback so experience will be gained on how to use it.
So the questions: How did Mirapex help you? How long were you on it. What was your highest dosage? What were the side effects. Did side effects make you stop. Did you experience poop-out with Mirapex. If so, how long before the start of the AD effect did the poop out occur. Have you expereinced poop out with any other meds (which ones). What are meds are you on. What is your diagnosis or symptoms (any bipolar). What others meds have you tried and how did you repsond to them.
