Is prolactin the cause and can dopamine agonists like pergolide, pramipexole or bromocriptin help? Is such a combination useful at all (dopamine antagonist + dopamine agonist)?

> Good questions. Elevated prolacitin is the cause of your problems. Bromocriptine has been documented to normalize prolactin levels elevated by sulpiride thus taking away the associated side effects. It does not interefere with the action of sulpiride. Pramipexole is also prolactin lowering and won't interfere with the action of sulpiride but I haven't heard of anyone using the combo. I tried amisulpride (cousin of sulpiride) with pramipexole but I didn't experience increased mood, motivation or anything except the best jumpshot I've ever had in my life! Anyway, there is the possibility that the combo of Mirapex and sulpiride will provide additional mood benefit while normalizing your prolactin levels.

Hi,
My English is not perfect.
But what does "jumpshot" mean?
Perhaps this question makes you laugh.
Thanks for response
