Yes, I have gained weight with Effexor, but your mental health is what's important right now... and the chances of you not being able to even sit down all day may aleviate this side-effect! Did you ever hear the saying, "If Momma Ain't Happy, Ain't Nobody Happy?" So take care of yourself and enjoy that precious baby of yours!
