Unfortunately, all of the SSRIs gave me sexual side effects. The advantage of Celexa over Prozac was that I could take drug holidays on the weekends and get most of my sex drive back. Adding Viagra to Prozac helped too. Adding Wellbutrin, amantadine, and other antihistimines didn't. Good luck and hang in there!
