300 was great for me for about 6 months. Then I started going downhill. It was "pooping out" I was told. He upped it to 400 mg. Good for another 6 months or so. Then upped to 600 mg (the max). Great until about October when I quickly spiraled down to a very bad dark place. Then I was switched to Wellbutrin. So far, so good. My answer on Serzone - the lower doses work for a while but then poop out. But so did the max dose.
