Paxil has worked very well for me in treating my depression (which is secondary but strong) and my both generalized and social anxieties.
THe main problem is that I have a slight tremor without taking it, ET or essential tremor.
This is in addition to tremors caused by low blood sugars from being a diabetic, (not helping the depression and anxiety)Paxil (at 40mg once a day, has caused tremors that make it nearly impossible for me to do my job/career/ love, cooking. I have been slowly working down my paxil dose but would like to find a replacement.
At the same time, I don't want any new side effects, it has not caused sedation,sexual disfunction or even dry mouth. Any thoughts would be nice.
