Oh, come on. Self Esteem does not come in all sizes. Lisabeck, as far as SSRI's and other ADs, generally Wellbutrin and Serzone are supposedly weight neutral for most people. The question is will they work. Also, you gained some weight on Prozac. However, Prozac is more weight neutral than the other SSRIs and Effexor. A friend of mine is 11 years on Prozac; she's so slim. I understand exactly how you feel. Ask your doc about Serzone and Wellbutrin. Maybe someone else on this Board may have some ideas.
