I just doubled my initial dose of 150XR to 300XR. Taking both in the morning gave me a little hand tremor. One in the AM and one at night doesn't as much and may make a 15 minute middle of the night awake period more likely or happen more towards 5am instead of 2 am.

I got a positive response from the dose increase within a few days.
