James here......

Short answer, negative implications are: seizure, seritonin syndrome, decrease of AD level.

In general all of this could apply to all the Phenethylamines, specifically MDA,MDE, MDMA (X, XTC,Ectasy), 2C-B,2C-T-2 and 3, DOB, DOM(STP),
amphepamine(s). Some AD's lower the convulsive threshold and if the dose is right,
could and do cause seizure. Many of these have some MAOI effect, so taking an AD is contraindicated, highly. AD's block some or all of the effects of MDMA (XTC). SS is a possibility because all of this class has significant effect on seritonin as does your AD. This class of drugs, if taken at a significant dose (basically receational dose)will effectivally antagonise the existing level of AD in your body. You go thru the same process as you did when you started taking you AD, generally it is a little shorter, like 4 weeks with somewhat better a 2 weeks. Even nondepressed people have a small depression a few days after taking XCT, ect. Without the help of your AD your depression could be significant.

The good news is there is no proof of long term changes if you use this class of drugs. Short term studies do show changes. You have to consider who is funding the studies, the government, trying to win the "War on Drugs" with disinformation. Short term changes are expected, 1) Come on ! They took illicits, not candy. 2) anyone who took XTC will tell you it scrambles your brain for a few days after. Dr. Alexander Shulgin, The DEA's witness/ consultant and chemist, says MDMA is no more toxic than amphetamine. People have been taking MDMA for decades and amphetamine even longer. I took a lot of MDMA and MDA for three years
in the early 80's and am in contact with several friends from that era; none report problems. It did make my existing depression worse.

Given this I cannot recommend doing X and taking AD's.

James
