I have panic disorder, depression. I am on Effexor XR and klonopin. I also take Loestrin 1/20 Fe. I have had no problems with it. I also take it 3 months in a row, so I only have my period every three months. I was having migraines with my periods, so my doctor put me on this schedule. good luck.
