Since then, I've tried a multitude of SSRI's, some okay, others bad. I'm currently on Celexa 30mg and Klonopin 1mg. Can one supplement Anafranil with Celexa or is it best just to be on one or the other. If I can supplement, do you usually take a minimum dose of each?

I am on an SSRI (Paxil) and another antidepressant (Effexor XR) and it seems to be okay so far. My doctor approved them, of course. I tried Anafranil for my OCD and it did not work and there were very bad side effects. But if it worked well for you why not go back to it? I would talk it over with your doctor. I know OCD is a BEAR! I say whatever works (as long as it is safe)is okay. You can also look up drug interactions between the 2 drugs at It's very easy to do there! Good luck.
