I, too, was wondering why you went off it if it was helping you? Was it helping you in the first place? I take Paxil and it has helped me but I also take effexor. If you are going to continue the withdrawal, I would do things to try to relax as much as possible. Do you have a tranquilizer to take? A low dose, that is. That usually helps me in those situations. You can call your doctor, too. Hot baths and short walks help me, too.
