I'm a 35 yr old woman - I've been on serzone for nearly two years and haven't had any side effects, esecially sexually. Prozac made me a little edgy, and with that I had sexual side effects. Wellbutrin gave me headaches initially, and didn't seem effective after a while. Paxil made me sick to my stomach and sleep ALL the time. Hated Paxil, for me, anyway. Serzone seems to be doing the trick, so far, this time. Good luck - there are plenty more to try - each one seems to effect each person a little differently!
