> I have tried each of the three meds you listed, one at a time. I had no response to the SJW or the Zoloft, and a modest response to the Lamictal, which response pooped out after a week or two. (I also tried Adrafanil/Amisulpride, and each alone, with negligible response). NE drugs do little for me, and SSRI drugs make me feel anxious, agitated and downright paranoid (as do stimulants like Ritalin, though when I was in college the stimulants were helpful for concentration and focus, with no untoward side effects). Thanks.

What about Effexor and Wellbutrin? Together, they can make for a good combination. If you are partially responsive to both, I would head in that direction. Although I don't know of anyone who has combined Nardil and Wellbutrin, I would be interested to know what you think. Personally, I have been on Parnate + Wellbutrin. It is a safe combination. Unfortunately, Wellbutrin and me just don't seem to get along.
