My doctor prescribed me a one time shot of ativan (10 pills .5 mg each) I went through them a while ago, and was wondering if there is something else that I should try in addition to the serzone. The ativan worked fine and I was just looking for some feedback.

In addition to what I just said: Is ativan the best sort of sedative that I should be taking, or should I rather be taking klonipin, valium, etc. Or maybe xanax? I heard that it isn't prescribed with serzone because it is increase in the blood stream? Which is the least addictive? I know a tolerance to ativan can arise quickly thats what I was concerned about.
thanks
