Don't feel you have to answer everybody, but if
someone really helps, it is nice to say thank you.

I don't use this feature, instead i leave a little of the post I am responding to in my post.
I think many people read everything.

Ask a question, give an opinion, tell what it is like to be on whatever med, ask for help, give support. When someone posts about their situation or how they feel and you can relate, post about this. People need to hear this, often people with mental conditions don't get validation for their feelings. We all need to feel someone understands
how me feel.
