When I visited the naturopath, he recommended P5P and said that I didn't process the regular B6 very well. I still take it (really sort of on and off) and have never noticed any positive effect from it.

I take a multi, P5P, CoQ10, Calcium, some other B (B12?) sublingually, and I think that's all. I always try to purchase the wheat free, "healthy" variety. I never feel better or worse when I take them, but I am concerned about my vitamin levels (or whatever they are).

Some people apparently respond very well to B's.

Good luck,
Shar

Recently, when describing my at-times reaction to intense stress (tightening, tiring, lack of mental acuity) to him he recommended P5P which I had never heard of before. I've just picked some up and am curious if anyone else has any experience with it or exposure to it.
