I HAVE RLS EVERY NIGHT, FROM ABOUT 7 TO 6 IN THE MORNING. NO PEE WILL NOT DO FOR ME, I DRINK WATER AND GO TO BATHROOM, BUT THE RESTLESS LEGS IS THERE AND THE ONLY WAY TO FELL MORE CONFORTABLE IS TO WALK.
