Kath, Got your email. I feel like a walking cyclone...I don't have the energy, that's the problem! Almost felt like I was going to pass out after finishing everything at my parents. Was feeling so gross, I had to take 1.0 of Xanax..just completely overwhelmed. My neighbor needed a ride today to someplace an hour+ from here and my husband told her that I absolutely couldn't do it. He can tell I'm completely overwhelmed.

I didn't understand your question...

<Did you mean where, when or why?
We leave Aug12 and return 23rd. Take 3 days to get there and go through Zion National Park, and some places in Utah. Onto the houseboat in Page Arizona, then drive it up along the Arizona/Utah border on Lake Powell. Lake Powell is huge...check it out on a map if you're not familiar with it. On the boat 22-29th then drive back in 24 hours non-stop. Except of course for dinner in Nevada so I can do my annual 30min slot machine fun! I usually have to take quite a bit of Xanax when we first take off in the car, since I feel I'm trapped and can't turn back. Also helps to ride with my hubby, and not one of the other vehicles...I feel safer. This year I think he may be driving my parent's suburban and towing a boat trailer, while I'll drive our new van and tow the Sea Doo's. My sister will be in my car with the kids...We'll have the ZOO VEHICLE, or the insanity car, whichever definition sounds best. My sister is understanding of my panic attacks, but I won't be able to zonk out on Xanax if I'm driving, and she can't drive with the towing part...doesn't know how to do it.
Yes my family is all within an hour of each other. Kind of like a triangle with one hour in between all sides. Fairly easy for all of us to get together. We are the only ones on this point of the triangle. Everyone else has someone living close nearby. Even my grandparents are a few miles from my parents. They are in their 80's, and won't be around much longer. They don't go on the trip with us, but do keep an eye out on mom& dad's house while we're gone. I have to find someone to watch our bird, and the best neighbor to do so has 3 cats. I don't think that will work. I'll need to figure that one out ASAP.

I refilled my Nardil 3 days ago, took one dose, and have completely misplaced the bottle. I have never done that in all the time I have been on it. I must be stressed out. So, I haven't taken my meds in 3 days. I'm starting to feel it, and have been supplementing with xanax, so if I don't find it while housecleaning this afternoon, I'll have to call the pdoc. Bummer.

I'll read your note to Kerry B. Wish things were better with your son. Excellent on being so brave with needles. I can sympathize, but have absolutely no fear of them. I think I could start my own I.V. if needed. I have had to draw my own daughters blood before too.
Have a great trip, and let me know how it went. Jennifer
