Ryan, have you tried Effexor-XR yet? It isn't really an SSRI, nor is Serzone. I'm taking them and feel none of the affective flattening I had with SSRI's. Also, ask your pdoc about tricyclic antidepressants (e.g., imipramine/Tofranil).
