Hi Vesper - I don't know what list guidelines mean. I'm sorry you're so upset. I can understand how you'd be feeling pretty panicky. I don't know about social security, but just because they're reviewing it doesn't necessarily mean you won't get it any more. Hopefully, someone who has experience will answer. If you feel ok about it, you might put which country you're in, so people from that country can answer. Take a deep breath & you might want to do some visualization (imagining calming things). Sometimes I imagine I'm in a warm climate, lying in the warm water on an air mattress with the sunlight bathing me in golden light. (Obviously this wouldn't be a good image if you're afraid of the water). I imagine the feels, the sounds (birds, waves lapping), the smells (tropical flowers) etc. I generally do this lying down, preferrably with very relaxing music on quietly. The more I get into the imagining, the better it works. I use my imagination to soothe myself & fool myself into calming down. Perhaps this would work for you.

I hope you're feeling better soon. I'll be thinking of you.

Warm thoughts, Kath
