Buspar's effect on AD efficacy?

Posted by MB on July 14, 2000, at 0:28:59

Does anyone know what the final word is regarding Buspar's effect on antidepressant efficacy? I take Wellbutrin which seems to be a great antidepressant. Very stimulating. One of the negative aspects of the stimulation for me is a sort of anxious worry and guilt. Buspar nips this in the bud. I'm just wondering, though......if it suppresses that effect, can it also supress other effects of the Wellbutrin, namely the antidepressant effect? Anyone have an experience of Buspar diminishing the efficacy of their antidepressant?
