Hi,
It's been a while since you posted this, so I don't
know if you're still lurking here.

I just had an appointment with a new pdoc today, and
the new plan of action is quite similar to the one
you have described. I will be gradually starting
Serzone over the next few weeks, and then we will be
adding Neurontin after that.

So as you can imagine, I am curious to hear how things
have gone for you with this combo. Hope all is going
well.
