the seroquel seems to quiet the "rat on the wheel" ruminations fairly well in addition to helping me let go of things-especially assinine ones-much easier. set dem bound'reeze and MOOOOOOOOVE on!! even on no sleep-like today-had to get up early to wait for somebody who's now an hour late-me and get-up time deadlines just DON'T micks.
