question to Cam or other's who might know

Hey Cam: I take 600mg of Manerix and 1mg of Rivotril a day and am still suffering panic attacks. The rivotril takes so long to metabolize that it's no help for the sudden panic attacks. Can I take Xanax when the attack happens without overdosing because of the rivotril? I tried it once but felt kinda loopy and I was wondering if the two benzo's are bad together. Also, is Manerix one of those AD's that is supposed to take care of anxiety as well as depression? The depression is gone but the anxiety, alas, still remains as strong as ever.
