Since you are feeling so exhausted, perhaps a blood test or something might be the go, you could be deficient in something like iron. I feel exactly as you described when I have anaemia. Anyway, you shouldnt be that tired, do you sleep ok at night? There must be something that can help you - I wish I knew more and could help you more.
