hi.
it was interesting to see your notes. i too suffer from something that the drs. think may be interstitial cystitis. i had it for several months last year then it went away and now its been back for two months...
pain, pressure, frequent urination. all that stuff but no bacteria showing in the urine cultures.
i've been on many courses of cipro and other antibiotics but nothing seemed to help...now my dr. has me on bactrim.
for the past week but i honestly dont see any improvement. in addition i have abdominal cramps almost all the time.
did any of you have that side effect with bactrim? also have you had flareups that lasted for a couple of months and then went away and came back.
how long did the bactrim take to work for you? i am taking one per day and dr. thinks i should be on it for quite a while...but i dont think so if thats what';s causing the abdominal pains.
looking forward to your reply.
doloresBabble that bethanecol may be able to counteract this effect.
