I don't know about that. I've been on Luvox, Paxil, Prozac and now Celexa, and I haven't heard anything about reducing side effects by increasing dosage (though I certainly may have missed something.) The only med that apparently decreases side effects with dosage increase is Remeron, an atypical antidepressant -- not an SSRI. Perhaps, (and hopefully) someone more knowledgable about meds will prove me wrong here.
