I've wrestled with depression most of my life and am finally thinking of doing something about it. Does anyone have experience with Ritalin and St. John's Wort, Zoloft, or Paxil? Any side effects? My neurologist says they're OK, but there's no recommendation like someone who's been there.

Antidepressants are often taken in combination with stimulants such as ritalin or adderall, etc.

I am currently taking 150 mg/day Zoloft with 40mg/2 day of Ritalin SR. I am a 46 yo with ADD and Depression/anxiety. It is a good combo at the moment. There are others here who take similar combos.
