Jennifer,
Like anyplace else on the web some people check in here 10 times a day while others like me usually check in once per day. I'm generally here early in the morning and go through the previous day's posts. I try only to post about things I have experienced as far as meds go.
A lot of people have posted about their history with meds and their mental illness. I've only been here about 6-8 months but I know many of the backgrounds of people here just from their posts. It takes a little time here to catch up but you will find a kindred spirit sometime soon. I gaurantee that someone else has been where you are and you will start to read all of their posts.
Welcome aboard and don't be afraid to speak up when you have a question or better yet an answer.
