I'm with Cam. You should never go off a med abruptly especially when the body is used to getting it everyday. The side effects you are experiencing, in my opinion are a normal reaction to discontinuing the med so quickly. They should go away, not sure exactly how long that will take though. You may want to discuss it with your doctor, perhaps he can give you something to counteract the side effects. Psych-babble is a place you can come to and get info that the doctor's don't tell you. Theory and practice are very different. We'll be here for you though, keep coming around and let us know how you're doing.
