Today is my 21st day on 30mg. Remeron along with 20mg. Paxil which I cut back from 30mg. when I started the Remeron. I feel great!!!! Best I've felt in years. I started at 30mg. at bedtime. It took about a week and a half to get over the sedative effects, at first it was lights out.(the histaminergic effect). I have possibly experienced some allergy and flu symptoms from this same effect on day 19, but they have cleared right up. I think it is from the H1 antagonistic properties but may very well not be. I didn't worry about a WBC count because it cleared right up. I have been sleeping great at night and feel much more alert and normal during the day. I returned to work on the fifth.
