Alyse, I take Effexor-XR 375 mg/day, and have a little difficulty reaching orgasm (takes longer than usual), but otherwise, have had no problems on Effexor (compared with no desire, no arousal, no ability to reach climax, on various AD's--Prozac, Luvox, Zoloft). Serzone didn't interfere at all, for me. See above posts Mark has referenced. Best wishes!
