Noa,
I took BuSpar for anxiety first after being dianosed and it did nothing for me. My new doc calls it "The World's Most Expensive Placebo". I've read where it has helped some people, but they are far and few between. I was changed over to Xanex which has been very helpful for me. The drawback to that is that Xanex is VERY strong and takes me out of the ballgame when I take more than a 1/2mg. It is also highly addictive when taken regularly for more than a couple of months. There must be a middle ground out there for you. I wish I had more info for you, but I'm still relatively new to the game. Hope this helps.

Peace,
Greg
