William, i tried taking serzone along with Effexor-XR, but finally stopped the serzone because it didn't seem to do anything extra for my depression or ocd. Also, i have read that people have combined prozac with snri's. Apparently (ask Cam for sure) as long as you watch the dosages, you aren't in too much danger of serotonin syndrome.
