Lisa... this might sound like a lame parroting of what you may have heard before. If depressive states can be traced to chemical imbalances by doctors, why should you feel reluctant to supply the chemical your mind and body need to function properly? And remember that significantly negative life events can take several years time before normal returns. '...this too shall pass.'
