Those sexual side effects you described sound a lot like those experienced often by men on reboxetine. Both adrafinil and reboxetine stimulate the apha- adrenergic recpetors causing restriction of the urigenital tract making it difficult for some to urinate or achieve an erection. There is a drug called Flomax that is used mainly to assist with urination for those with enlarged prostates. It is a alpha-adrenergic blocker and therefore is effective in eliminating these side effects without diminishing the mood enhancement.
