I was in bed 11 hours last night………damnit to hell!
I'd be high, like you, right now if I weren't on all this lithium. There is NO drug that can do what hypomania can do for me.
Fortune telling: One day, we will all be slightly hypomanic all the time.
I understand completely why last year at this time I went cold turkey off of 5 medications all at once. very, very dumb...but I can understand why.
Today, for the first time (maybe in my life) I'm not high, not depressed. Stable. Only one day so far.
I did flip out at my pdoc today but he deserved it. stay tuned for a posting. Janice.
