> i was started on wellbutrin and things have never been worse. i cry constantly, sleep when i'm too tired to cry and never do any of the things i have always loved to do(go out with friends, go dancing, have sex, pretty much just leave my house)i don't know if it's the wellbutrin that does not agree with me or if it's the withdrawals from my old meds or if i'm just getting more depressed.
Wellbutrin makes me feel significantly worse. I have tried it a few times, and it always affects me the same way. I believe I have read here about some other people who have experienced the same thing. JohnL has posted some excellent stuff regarding how drugs can affect people so differently. What is one person's cure can be another person's poison. Do yourself a favor and read some of the posts JohnL has written. Look through last week's archive.
I think you are doing the right thing in seeking out another doctor.
