Sherry, at first when I took Serzone, I felt really anxious, dizzy, and had mood swings (incl. anger for no reason). After two weeks, I felt GREAT though. My social anxiety was down to zero. I'd be happy to still be taking it if it decreased OCD (unfortunately, although it is a great antidepressant, it doesn't do much for OCD).Sometimes, anxiety is an initial side effect of various AD; when I started Effexor-XR, I felt anxious and had trouble sleeping, but this has stopped.--Cindy W
